Project: school groundworks, Nottingham

Our current commercial job is a groundworks package at a school in Nottingham, which we have been sharing on our Facebook page through September and October 2026. One team has handled it from the ground up:

  • Reinforced concrete retaining walls: excavation, steel fixing, timber formwork and the pour
  • Footings with steel reinforcement, dug and checked before the concrete went in
  • Aco channel drains bedded in concrete, with new gullies and chambers
  • Drain repairs, joined with proper repair couplings
  • Concrete edgings set on a compacted sub-base
  • Fresh slabs to finish the external areas
